We are happy to share the joyful news that the construction project is now nearing completion, and through God’s providence and your generous support—it appears we will finish just under the Total Estimated Cost. Only one final payment remains, and we already have the means to fulfill it. Deo Gratias!
As we now look beyond the main project, several necessary follow-up improvements remain. These include furnishings, the addition of monastic arched doors, flooring updates in the older section of the building, connecting the water tower to the well, and essential electrical upgrades. For these post-project needs, we estimate an additional $300,000 will be required.
We hope to undertake these improvements gradually, as funds allow. Thank you for your great generosity!
